Mobil Hilang Dapat Ganti Rugi

Jakarta - Kabar gembira bagi Warga Jakarta. Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) DKI Jakarta berencana memberikan asuransi terhadap kendaraan bermotor yang hilang di tempat parkir. Mobil yang hilang akan mendapatkan ganti Rp 40 juta. Sedangkan motor Rp 2,5 juta.

Asuransi tersebut hanya berlaku di 5 lokasi parkir yakni gedung parkir Pasar Baru, lingkungan parkir Blok M, Jl Mayestik, Lapangan IRTI Monas, dan Jl Boulevard Barat Kelapa Gading.

"Klaim bisa dilakukan di Dishub maupun di 5 tempat parkir tersebut," ujar Kepala UPT Parkir Dishub DKI Jakarta Bunjamin Bukit usai rapat parkir dan busway dengan Komisi C di Gedung DPRD, Jl Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (17/2/2009).

Menurut Bunjamin, jika mobil yang diparkir ditemukan dalam keadaan rusak, maka asuransi dapat membayar maksimal Rp 2 juta. Sedangkan untuk motor maksimal Rp 500 ribu dan tergantung kondisi kendaraan tersebut.

Bunjamin menambahkan, syarat klaim asuransi itu harus ada karcis parkir asli, STNK asli, bukti pelaporan dari polisi, dan harus ada cap atau stempel tanda kendaraan diasuransikan dari tempat parkir.

Perpanjang STNK Lewat ATM Berlaku Hari Ini :
KOTA, SENIN - Untuk memudahkan layanan membayar pajak bagi pemilik kendaraan bermotor, Dinas Pendapatan Daerah (Dispenda) DKI bekerja sama dengan Mabes Polri dan Bank DKI menyediakan layanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor (PKB) secara online. Program ini akan diberlakukan efektif mulai Senin (2/2).

Kepala Sub Dinas Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Dispenda DKI Iwan Setiawandi mengatakan, dengan program baru ini diharapkan tidak ada lagi alasan masyarakat atau para wajib pajak (WP) tidak membayar PKB. Selain lebih mudah, para WP juga tidak akan dibebani biaya administrasi apa pun.

Untuk bukti pembayaran, setiap WP yang membayar melalui ATM harus menyimpan struk atau slip pembayaran tersebut. Selanjutnya, slip atau struk itu dapat ditukar di Kantor Samsat terdekat untuk mendapatkan bukti PKB atau surat tanda nomor kendaraan (STNK) baru. "Jadi semakin efektif kan. Tidak perlu mengantre dua kali di loket atau kantor samsat," ujar Iwan seperti dikutip beritajakarta. com, Minggu (1/2).

Tujuan penyelenggaraan program ini antara lain untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam membayar PKB atau memperpanjang masa berlaku STNK, baik motor maupun mobil. "Ini program Mabes Polri bekerja sama dengan Dispenda DKI untuk memudahkan masyarakat," ujarnya.

Dia menambahkan, layanan online ini baru dapat dinikmati nasabah Bank DKI karena baru bank ini yang telah bekerja sama dengan Dispenda DKI. Ke depan, Dispenda DKI akan memperluas jaringan kerja sama dengan perbankan lain.

"Saat ini yang memiliki basis database para wajib pajak di Dispenda DKI baru Bank DKI. Kalau perbankan lain akan menyelenggarakan program ini maka harus kerja sama dengan Dispenda DKI," ujarnya. Program ini akan dievaluasi setiap bulan untuk melihat efektivitasnya dalam memberi kemudahan dan kecepatan kepada WP.

Dispenda DKI akan berusaha menambah fasilitas sistem online ini sehingga para WP dapat memperoleh banyak pilihan ketika akan membayar pajak atau membayar bea balik nama kendaraan bermotor (BBNKB). Saat ini, pembayaran PKB atau BBNKB bisa dilakukan di kantor samsat yang terdapat di lima wilayah kota, di sejumlah mobil keliling yang lokasinya berpindah-pindah sesuai jadwal, di sejumlah gerai di mal, dan kini melalui ATM Bank DKI.

Dengan banyaknya cara untuk membayar PKB dan BBNKB itu maka jumlah penunggak pajak diharapkan semakin berkurang. Saat ini, dari 4,7 juta pemilik kendaraan bermotor di Jakarta, jumlah yang menuggak pajak diperkirakan 1-5 persen.

Sementara itu, anggota Komisi D DPRD DKI Mukhayar RM mengatakan, layanan pembayaran pajak online tersebut sebaiknya tidak hanya melalui Bank DKI saja, tapi juga dikembangkan ke bank-bank lain. "Jadi semangat dalam memberikan pelayanan itu harus maksimal dan tuntas. Jangan setengah- setengah. Kita juga harus tahu bahwa banyak wajib pajak yang bukan nasabah Bank DKI. Mereka juga harus dilayani dengan baik," ujarnya. (pro

Membeli Mobil Wajib NPWP

Pembeli mobil wajib ber-NPWP

JAKARTA: Pendaftaran pertama surat tanda nomor kendaraan/buku pemilik
kendaraan bermotor untuk mobil baru senilai Rp250 juta ke atas yang
diwajibkan mencantumkan nomor pokok wajib pajak (NPWP), segera
diberlakukan kendati baru di wilayah DKI Jakarta.

Direktur Intensifikasi dan Ekstensifikasi Direktorat Jenderal Pajak
Hartoyo mengatakan pelaksanaan kebijakan tersebut tinggal menunggu surat
keputusan (SK) dari Gubernur DKI Jakarta.

"Karena kebijakan ini sebenarnya merupakan inisiatif dari Pemprov DKI
Jakarta. Jadi berlakunya menunggu SK Gubernur. Mungkin minggu-minggu ini
launching-nya oleh Pak Gubernur," ungkapnya kepada Bisnis, kemarin.

Hartoyo menuturkan terkait dengan hal itu Ditjen Pajak akan membangun
counter pajak di setiap kantor Sistem Administrasi Manunggal di bawah
Satu Atap di seluruh DKI Jakarta guna memudahkan teknis pelaksanaan dari
ketentuan tersebut.

"Aturan teknisnya di pemprov tapi nanti setiap Kanwil [Ditjen Pajak]
juga akan mengirimkan mobil pajak keliling, kalau counter tidak cukup."

Asas keadilan

Menurut dia, tujuan diberlakukannya aturan tersebut adalah demi asas
keadilan, di mana selama ini ternyata banyak pemilik mobil senilai Rp250
juta ke atas yang tinggal di rumah susun. Padahal, hunian itu
diperuntukkan bagi lapisan masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah. "Tapi
kenyataannya banyak orang yang tinggal di rusun tapi punya mobil mahal,"
tuturnya.

Selain itu, katanya, pemberlakuan aturan itu juga untuk meningkatkan
kepemilikan NPWP serta penerimaan PPh [pajak penghasilan] orang pribadi
di Pemprov DKI Jakarta.

Dengan demikian, secara tidak langsung melalui aturan tersebut akan ada
penambahan basis pajak terutama dari wajib pajak orang pribadi yang
selama ini belum tersentuh oleh Ditjen Pajak.

Hartoyo mengutarakan selama ini jenis PPh orang pribadi menyumbang
sekitar 20% atau Rp4 triliun sampai Rp5 triliun dari total penerimaan
pajak APBD DKI Jakarta. Oleh karena itu, potensi dari jenis pajak
tersebut masih dapat dioptimalkan lagi melalui aturan tersebut pada masa
mendatang .

Lebih jauh Hartoyo mengharapkan agar aturan tersebut dapat juga
diberlakukan pemprov lain di seluruh Indonesia. "Tapi [pemberlakuan
aturan itu] bergantung pada respons dan kreativitas pemprov yang
bersangkutan," tuturnya.

Direktur Penyuluhan, Pelayanan, dan Humas Ditjen Pajak Djoko Suryoputro
sebelumnya menyatakan telah mengantongi data kepemilikan dan pembelian
mobil yang bernilai ratusan juta rupiah ke atas.

Data ini akan digunakan sebagai data cross check kebenaran data surat
